These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KBUON, an online learning and certification platform operated by Rithipul Training Center ("Rithipul", "we", "us", or "our"), a training center based at #GE, ground floor, The KAMPUS, Phnom Penh, Cambodia 120101. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using KBUON, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About KBUON

KBUON is an online learning platform developed by Rithipul to provide quality educational content, financial literacy training, professional development courses, and skill recognition and certification, both online and face-to-face, to individuals and businesses in Cambodia and beyond.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Business accounts may be subject to additional verification, including submission of business identification documents.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Courses, Enrollment, and Certificates

Course schedules, content, and availability are subject to change. Enrollment in a course does not guarantee completion or certification; certificates are issued only upon satisfying the applicable course's attendance and assessment requirements as determined by Rithipul.

Certificates issued through KBUON remain the property of Rithipul and may be revoked if obtained through misrepresentation or fraud.

4. Payments and Fees

Certain courses and services may require payment of fees as displayed at the time of enrollment. Fees are due in full unless otherwise stated, and refunds, where applicable, are subject to the refund policy communicated for the relevant course.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or course materials with unauthorized third parties;
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without prior written consent from Rithipul;
  • Use the platform to upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, trademarks (including "KBUON" and "Rithipul"), and platform content are owned by or licensed to Rithipul and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to access course content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of KBUON is also governed by how we collect and use personal data to operate and improve the platform. For questions regarding how your information is handled, please contact us using the details below.

8. Limitation of Liability

KBUON and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rithipul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KBUON after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
